My experience at Hollywood Homes of Love in Hollywood, California was absolutely unforgettable. I’ve already been here an hour, and so far the managers still haven’t shown up. I tried to call two numbers one worked but I got sent to voicemail, the other phone number was out of service. I met this nice lady named Vita, who was trying to help and she tried to call managers for me and they still didn’t pick up the phone. She also showed me where to plug in my phone while I wait so it didn’t die. She also showed me where the restrooms are.

Very comfortable environment and professional staff at location that to assist with anything I needed and is in a great area next to sunset blvd I would go back the next time I visit Los Angeles again

The good is that one of the two houses is renovated inside and out. They are both reasonably clean. Most of the houses are reasonably clean. The location is great if you want thai restaurants, thai market/shop, armenian bakeries, and a pizzeria that has all you can eat buffet lunch. Theres A/C, the best pillows and covers are all comfie and good quality. The bad is... While check out is 11am and is industry standard, check in is 5pm and they took an extra 30min to actually give me a bed. Industry standard for a checkin is more like 2pm, 1-3pm. The price on booking.com was an amazing $17/night but when i asked to extend the manager/owner replied $40/night. There were only two wall plugs to recharge my phone. We stayed at your hotel for one night on June 8. When we were leaving the next morning, we were told that the owner was still asleep, so we asked the manager about the deposit. He assured us that it would be returned immediately. However, we have still not received our $100 deposit. Even though your policy at booking.com say it will return within 7days. If we do not receive a response to this message, we will be forced to contact FTC (Federal Trade Commission). You have thing that you have to do something for you🥰
