Ok. So rates were right! Carpets are way too dirty and they hit you right in the hallway. It didn't leave a good taste in my mouth. Mini fridge is original with the hotel( meaning they're old and unplugged) so be prepared. Toilets are original to the build so bring a cane to get up off of them lol. Beds were very clean and room carpets were immaculate. So there's that. I wasn't afraid to lay down which is very good. Norma is very close for some food and plenty of bars and restaurants very close. Security was not an issue there. But entry doors and door handles could use an update to make us feel secure. I would stay there again just because I felt the beds and showers were what's to be expected. Clean clean and clean. Just being honest. Much love

If the outside appearance is not enough clue, the way you sign up for the hotel should. First you have to walk up to a window like at a check cashing place and the guy seeks out of a hole to see who is there. I mentioned that I was just inquiring about their rates for my relatives who are coming to town and he acted like he was pissed that I bothered him ti take the time to listen to my question. They apparently are a live-in couple who resents having to actually do something to earn their free rent. So rest assured that they do not take care of the maintenance and maid service, like they should, as all of the other reviewers have attested to. ||This hotel has been background scenery for many TV shows and movies, because it genuinely looks like a typical 1950's -60's hotel and serves

The customer service was okay. When I entered the hallway to get into the room, I felt negative vibes. Seemed like one of those scary documentaries. I Stayed here a few days after Christmas and I did not expect a room like this to be this disgusting. My family and I didn’t not sleep comfortably knowing how dirty the mattress was. It was brown and so were the pillows. I am not usually the type of person to write how poor my visit was but for the price of $120? There needs to be a review. The light switches to the room were dirty as well and Pubic hair in the bathroom shower. There was no type of sanitation done to that room at all. I stayed in room 114.

The place is noticeably run down. But if you need something last minute to stay for the night just know, you get what you pay for. Got into LA late and needed a place and realized it’s after midnight, most places were booked. I’ll list pros&cons of this place to help future visitors. Cons: Door handles lock themselves so if you want extra security by locking the door manual with a top lock or deadbolt you’re outta luck. Shower curtains had questionable stains, no shower head so the water will just hurt. Lamp shades are dirty/dusty, drawers had been tagged by previous people who stayed as well as strands of their hairs. Pillow had stains on it & were very flat yet lumpy. The layout of the room is large but oddly shaped with the chair and table in the room as well as a small box shaped fri

The corridor is terrible and stinking. The location is pretty good, but you must know it's in the Thai Town, so not much western markets. No safe in the rooms, and the pool is closed due to cleanness. There is free and accessible parking. The service was pretty good and cleaned up the room every day
