Want internet? No you don’t. It does not work. Like comfortable fluffy pillows? Absolutely not. These are so old and yellow they have become half-pillows. Enjoy another person’s long thick black hairs slithering on the bedsheets, almost-pillows, AND bath towels? Hollywood Palms has you covered! Also there’s a ceiling light that surrounds the room so if you want it pitch black you may have to stand on the counter and unplug it from above. I will say that they did bring me two other pillows but they were still pretty sad and deflated. I asked for a nonsmoking room but I have been receiving second hand smoke from the neighboring rooms. Runaway. Do not waste your hard earned. This has been taken over by an ethnic couple and its less than 0ne star now. Our taxi driver offered us his gun, and stayed till we went inside the room. Cant go into the office- all locked up and only served thru a hatch

Actually robbed me. Thought this was the hotel I booked on Groupon. They gave me a key and room. Left my stuff and went out for an hour. Came back and my key didn't work so went to talk with front office and thats when I realized the mistake about Groupon. They said they wouldn't let me get my bags until I paid. So I had to pay them as well as my previously booked hotel even though I never slept in the bed and all I did was put my bags in the room. Should have called the police. Will take this review down when I get my $150 back

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. - The room smelled like straight-up human waste. - We found trash left behind from previous guests, including Jell-O cups, which shows the room wasn’t even cleaned properly. - The floor was so dirty it made our feet turn black just from walking on it. Absolutely disgusting. - Staff communication was awful — the guy talked through a THICK window and basically whispered after i said I couldn’t hear him. - The fridge didn’t work and smelled terrible. The cleaning lady said the manager would come, but he never showed. The only reason he finally came was because I went down there myself to ask him to fix it — and even then, he had an attitude. - The shower/bathroom setup is poorly designed.
