Awful experience! The place that I booked was a scam, the next day after they disappeared they lied to me telling that my booking was made for the next yeah. The day after they told me that I didn’t show up. Places like this shouldn’t exist! And nobody helped me properly! That was beyond my imagination. Luckily I had enough of resources to book myself another place, but what if not?

Natomiast to, co nie powinno się wydarzyć, to fakt, że podano nam na Bookingu zły kod do apartamentu. Próbowaliśmy się wielokrotnie skontaktować przez WhatsApp, Booking i mail. Oddzwoniono do nas po 3 godzinach. Naprawdę, prowadząc taki biznes i przyjmując gości z całego świata, należy zrozumieć, że kontakt online powinien być priorytetem — nie każdy ma możliwość czy środki, aby zadzwonić z USA na amerykański numer. Zarówno przez telefon, jak i w odpowiedzi na moją ocenę na Bookingu, skupiono się na tym, że kontaktowałam się przez WhatsApp, zamiast zwyczajnie przeprosić, że podano nam niewłaściwy kod do drzwi. Do apartamentu dostaliśmy się, podając los
