Perfect place to rest from our long trip. Just off the thruway but surprisingly quiet. We were traveling with our dog but for a $15 pet fee he was welcome, too. Staff is friendly and helpful; it is their home and they made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean, AC worked as it should and quickly cooled the room. Mini-fridge, tv, coffee pot all standard. Furnishings were matched and clean, and the room was colorful. A warm and lovely change from the drab chain motel/hotels. All this and the rate was excellent. We will be back!

This motel had everything I wanted. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good temperature control, fridge and microwave. The staff were very helpful, and when I said I loved the bed pillow and asked about the brand, they told me to take one at no charge! We left sooner than expected, and they happily refunded the difference in cost.

We were looking for a room somewhat last-minute on a recent road-trip. We saw the Holiday Motel from the Interstate and decided to try it. We have stayed in similar, non-chain types of motels before with varied results. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-kept the rooms are! Everything was basic but very clean and comfortable. It was safe and quiet. The attendant was very friendly, let us see the room before paying, and there was no fuss. They were incredibly nice to my mom upon checking out. Also, another unexpected surprise, we caught the sunset over Lake Erie the night we stayed, as the beach is only a 3-minute drive from the hotel. It was spectacular.

Excellent hotel, excellent stafg excellent service and rooms. Except for being belligerently harrased by corrupt local police the entire stay, not just me but many others staying here. If you want a peaceful place to stau get a tent n camp avoid this place
