Customer Reviews
Rooms were nice and clean. We stayed on 5th floor and patio door did work. Dinner was DISGUSTING!! Don't get the steak unless you prefer a steak with no seasoning. Baked potatoes had that refrigerated taste like they been sitting in there all week and microwave. Dinner salad was the only thing good and the waitress was nice. We will stay again but will go out next time.
The location is good and the hotel is clean but facilities are quite basic , the door is not locked and broken , breakfast is most horrible I ever had, since the hotel is not crowded they keep the refrigerated. 10 or more days old food ,
June 5th, 2025 was my first layover here in TYR. I enjoyed this hotel very much. My hotel room was so spacious, clean, organized and well thought out. It was such a pleasant surprise that my room included and medium fridge, full size microwave and Keurig coffee machine. We crew members certainly appreciate when we're able to warm and store our food that we've brought w/ us as it is difficult to eat while working multiple flights. Another pleasant surprise seeing that my room had a balcony but unfortunately it was locked and being unable to open the balcony door to enjoy the beautiful evening view and weather during my stay. Update! Oct.9-10th overnight before our 6pm flt. back to Dallas. During this visit I was able to dine in for the hotel's breakfast. There was a nice selection of break
This was my best ever service I have ever had at a hotel. The staff was phenomenal and worked hard to make sure me and my family felt comfortable. We forgot some things and they helped us out by making sure we had toiletries. They also helped us print something for our son. They really love us and they treated us like family. Breakfast was amazing and the care and attention to detail by the staff was five star level!
We chose this location over others in the area specifically based on verified reviews. Unfortunately I cannot fathom that these reviews are legitimate. I booked online using my IHG account and was shown a pool view ground level double queen room, which I chose. Upon arrival I was asked if we wanted floor 2/3/4? I explained that I had already booked the room and chosen ground level pool view. I was then told there are no ground level pool view rooms. I was also informed at check in that none of the patio doors shown in the photos open for safety reasons! After having just spent 2 nights in an IHG/Holiday Inn property with balcony rooms that were accessible, this was surprising and disappointing. We chose floor 2 for our room. Once I completed the check in I was handed the key envelope with
