Holiday Inn Trophy Club by IHG

We only stayed one night, but if we come back over in this area this is where we will stay again. Hotal was not only clean and in a nice area, but the customer service was some of the best I have experienced. Ken was working the front desk when we arrived and left. He was amazing. Holiday inn needs to have him showing others how its done. Rooms where also great very clean and alot more space than we expected. Breakfast was included and was a very nice setup.

Positive: Location and a reasonable price in a high cost area. Negative: The hotel had a very nice buffet breakfast. But no where did they mention it or that there was no charge for people staying in the hotel. I learned of it by word of mouth....as we were about to go out and find a restaurant.

I chose this location for a staycation with my grandchildren. The reason I chose this location was they had an onsite restaurant with a full service breakfast and dinner service. It also had an indoor pool. My thinking was a nice little get away and we would not have to leave the property. We arrived to check in on Friday Jan 16th. Dropped luggage in room went back to have dinner only to be told the restaurant was closed. They had issue with the chef but no worries breakfast would be served as promised in the morning. When arrived for breakfast we were asked to pay. I told them I paid already (extra) when I booked. All I can say is I am flabbergasted they would expect someone to pay extra for this it was not equivalent to what other holiday inn express serves. They had scrambled egg bacon

I decided to take a mini vacay with my family and ended up loving it here more than ever. We stayed a whole week enjoyed the pool they always maintained it fresh and clean. Service here was amazing! My room was always taken care they would come and clean every day! They always made the bed, take out trash, any extra needed necessities always there. Breakfast was great !! In general I've been to a-lot of holiday inns and nothing compared to this one! This one was just right with its cleanliness and hospitality for my whole family and I! We love it here inclusive after the 3rd day the changed all of my bed sheets! Never have i had another holiday inn stay we’re they constantly cleaned my room EVERYDAY and were so attentive to everything we needed! Definitely will be coming back here!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The king size suite was perfect for a week-long stay and had everything I needed. |The air-conditioned room was fully adjustable and the ceiling fan meant I could control the room’s temperature at all times. |The room was clean and well-maintained, including a modern shower, lounge area, microwave, coffee machine and sink, safe, and plenty of space and drawers to unpack. I was able to make myself at home. |I used the pool a few times, perfect for a quiet morning swim. It is a little on the cold side so ideal for swimming not socialising!|The only negative for me was one of the reception staff was on her phone constantly, raising her voice in anger, and not attentive or friendly to guests.
