Aloft Trophy Club Westlake

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft! The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. It felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely be making this location my first choice whenever I am in the area. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay here! When I arrived, the receptionist was busy, but Alejandra came over and quickly helped me check in, she is so kind! The staff are nice and attentive, and the rooms are also very clean. I recommend this hotel 100% ✅

The hotel itself has potential, but my stay was negatively impacted by several issues. I made multiple attempts to resolve concerns privately and provided my contact information, yet management never followed up.||I intentionally waited before posting a review because I wanted to give the hotel the opportunity to address the situation directly. Unfortunately, after days of no response, I feel it’s important to share this experience.||Better communication and follow-through from management would greatly improve the guest experience.

The room was nice and clean, just didn’t have a microwave which is odd for a hotel, the front desk staff was kind as well. Cons: Had to “re check in” the second night of my stay. Payed 2 separate incidental fees (totaling $100) Didn’t receive the incidentals back (stay was from Feb 13-15 so it has been over 8 days since check out) I keep calling to see why I haven’t received the incidentals charge back but I keep being told that they will “take my information and a manager will get back to me” but still, no one has reached out. I have given my information twice now in 2 days. I’ll be happy to update my review once this issue is resolved but until then…
