Holiday Inn Osceola by IHG

Everyone was so nice. Hotel is beautiful. The GM was so helpful and kind I believe her name is Stacey. The young girl at the front desk was excellent, very sweet and professional.

The hotel is new and was opened before all preparations were complete. The rooms did not have hair dryers or coffee makers, as advertised. There was supposed to be free coffee, in the lobby. The lobby did not have a coffee maker. Since the attached restaurant is a sperate entity, the coffee came with a fee. On the issue of the restaurant, the food and bar prices are very expensive, for the area. We had an appetizer 3 cocktails and four glasses of wine. The tab was over $100. I checked on the breakfast buffet. With taxes, it was almost $20 per person and did not include coffee. I will say the service was excellent and the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. However, I would not recommend the hotel for families, who are on a budget

Hotel was nice, looked pretty new. Above average cost for the night. Restaurant is good but pricey. Has a pool and fitness area. Who ever manages it appears to sit around in common area with kids being entertained ( even workers were complaining about that) had meeting rooms. More of a place for business then personal.

We only stayed one night, but Mrs. Heather and the staff was super nice and personable. I don’t see my family often so a few came and sat in the lobby with us and she made everyone feel so welcome, even chatted (clowned) with us a little bit. We were a bit loud and she never once seemed aggravated with us. Thanks Heather for a great stay! The restaurant food and service were really good as well.

The service was wonderful and during the storm they had it nice and clean with workers on hand the boss was so nice and the rooms made me feel like I was home
