Holiday Inn la Mirada – Buena Park by IHG

Right when we walked in to the lobby you saw the cleanliness and smelled the coffee from the Pete’s coffee shop. Checking in was a breeze and our Hostess Maria was professional and kind. The room was spacious and well laid out with great amenities. I especially liked the personal touch of our hostess reaching out via text to make sure we were happy with our room. The restaurant was delicious and had a swanky but relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

I’ve stayed here 2 separate times as we were transitioning to this area. Hotel is ok and nothing special. In a very busy-industrial part of La Mirada right off the 5 so you can imagine the traffic it brings. Location is great to get to surrounding parks and the 5 but this hotel sits right next to a truck company and with both stays I heard trucks/shipping containers all night long. Bring ear plugs! Hotel has kind of a “funky” vibe as well as I noticed dirt/grime in the top layer of the bathroom and areas that likely get missed on cleaning……||PROS:|-Location-easy on and off to 5 Freeway and places such as Disney/ Knott’s.|-Across the street Chic Fil A and walking distance to In and Out Burger.|-There is a Charge Point next door for EV Cars.|-Hotel restaurant is good.||CONS:|-Noise …

Comfortable and clean rooms. The beds were good, I slept well. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was solid. The location is great if you have a car. Chick Fil A across the street and some other fast food nearby which is handy. It's right on I-5 and in between Disney/Knotts and LA so it's a good location to get wherever you need to go.

My review: "Tristan, Mauricio and Camryn checked us in for our stay during our business trip, and Cindy and Mario were helpful when packages came to the hotel for me. They were courteous, polite, and efficient. The lobby was very clean, neat, and there is a mini store, with most things a guest would need in a pinch. The restaurant had a great staff, good food, and clean establishment with TVs and a bar with booths and tables for dining. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, wifi is strong, and they have an iron, ironing board, refrigerator and microwave. Shower has shampoo, conditioner and bodywash attached to the shower wall, and water pressure is strong. Great stay. I wish Tristan could be behind the reception desk at every hotel I check into. He was very friendly and welcoming. Clean hotel and close to Knotts. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.
