Holiday Inn Express Westley North- Patterson Area by IHG

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express and the water was dirty, rusty and brown. I could not shower or brush my teeth. I asked the General Manager, Elizabeth Diaz, to contact me repeatedly, and she refused to do so. When communicating with IHG Customer Relations, asking for a refund, I was told by Senior Case Manager Denver, "I am sorry to hear about the problems you had during your stay. What you described isn’t what we want for any guest, and it is important the hotel take steps to prevent this from happening again. We have noted your complaints and shared it with the hotel management for training purposes. Thanks for taking time to share with us." "I'm sorry that a refund cannot be warranted as the stay was completed. I totally respect your decision of not taking points in lieu of the refu

My family arrived late at night with s reservation, and I urgently needed to use the restroom before checking. I told the associate at the front counter and was let to go back to the restrooms, which were locked, I was then told I would have to be checked in before I was allowed in the restroom and when I pushed the issue, was told only management had the ability to open those restrooms. Either I was treated poorly and lied to or management seriously needs to rethink their practices.

Very clean with ample tractor trailer parking. Breakfast is good for hotel breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Not much around for dining choices and nothing around for attractions unless you drive 20 to 30 minutes.

The room was a nice size and the spa and pool was nice. Check in was very easy and the person was very nice. Easy access to the freeway and a Denny’s next door was very convenient.

Holiday Inn is the nicest hotel I’ve seen in the area. Right by I-5, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a one-night stop on a road trip. Highly recommend if you’re passing through!
