EXECUTIVE INN

I was so tired so I pulled off with my daughter and two dogs. I got a room and I was very honest with the guy. I told him that I had two dogs so I paid the extra $20 each. I went into the room in soon as I walked in. I was like oh my God instant regret was so dirty stains on the mattress stains on the sheets on the corner by the TV. There is dog food not my dog food. also, there was hair on the bed. I’m bald. I have no hair unfortunately so I lay in the bed. Come couple minutes I start feeling something on the side and it was a big bedbug. I got up after feeling disgusted and I haven’t even been here for 30 minutes yet and I went front desk taking all my stuff with me and dog and I kindly ask for a refund haven’t even been here for 30 minutes yet he said no can’t give you a refund. I said

I was actually rather impressed with my stay. Keep in mind this is a roadside, budget property, so don't go in expecting luxury and luxury clientele. It is really a roadside town for truckers and people passing through looking for a good price. ||||The room itself was clean and fairly well maintained. There are some flaws here and there, again this is a budget property. It really had everything I needed for an overnight stay. ||||While I had a quiet stay, I can imagine when the property is full, depending on the crowd, it could get a little loud. I could hear people talking as they passed by my room. it didn't bother me because the white noise from the air conditioning. ||||The front desk folks were welcoming and I would stay here again if I was passing through. I recommend this property.

The toilet seat was broken and the manager refused to fix it. He did offer to move us to a different room but we were already unpacked. He could have changed the seat with any unoccupied room.The breakfast provided was a joke. Cold cereal and bad coffee. No decaf coffee for my wife who is medically required to drink only decaf coffee. Breakfast at Mcdonalds down the street was a 100 times better.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the 8 stars awarded by *********** should be remove.

Room was clean. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Bathroom fan was a bit loud and needs replaced. Blow dryer needs replaced. Hotel does serve breakfast, but we needed to be on the road to early to try it out.

Nice room. Where we needed it. We booked through hotels.com and they advertise a free breakfast, this was not accurate. Very disappointing.
