This hotel is a great place to stay, the continental breakfast is the basic but it is good. There are plenty of restaurants around if you don’t want their breakfast. The staff are amazing and really accommodating. Their dryer was down so we was able to use the Staff dryer for our clothes when we stayed for the week. Very clean and well kept.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Rooms are updated and very clean. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. From the person at the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the young ladies at the breakfast bar. Everyone speaks to you. The location has easy access to HWY 35. It is walkable to a good local casual restaurant and looks like more will be built adjacent to the property. This hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us by finding a way for us to get to the rental car location 20 miles away to pick up our rental as our car was not drivable after hitting a deer on the highway. (Hence why we were staying here for the night. We were on a 2 day drive from NC to WI for Thanksgiving) This is a small town in rural OH - no Uber or Lyft and limited taxi service. They re-wrote the

We have used this property on multiple occasions while visiting family and friends in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is exceptional (the computerized coffee maker is really cool!). During this most recent stay, we had our 13-year old dog with us and utilized a "pet friendly" room. Even our dog enjoyed her stay! I would say that this is probably the nicest hotel in the Washington CH area. We will be staying here again. Thank you!

I recently visited Ohio and stayed at the Holiday Inn, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. The GM, Shandie, and the entire staff at this location were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and was very clean. Our king bed was incredibly comfortable with a new mattress, and the room was both spacious and cozy. The only minor downside was that the tub and shower were combined, as I personally prefer a stand-alone shower. Also, the TV didn’t include the latest streaming apps like Netflix. However, the room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which added great convenience. Now this is the way to run a railroad! Tommy was extremely friendly and helpful at check in. Room was very clean, large, had extremely comfortable mattresses, and an assortment of pillows to meet anyone's preference. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. There was no outside noise, so we slept like rocks. Breakfast area was clean, large, very well managed, and had lots to offer. Coffee was superb!!! All staff we interacted -- and I mean all staff -- made us feel like they actually cared that we were here. Great staff clearly led by great management. Simply put, this Holiday Inn is a class act.
