Mrs. Carolyn:), Thank you for Helping me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. Your friendly service made my night and I’m sure you did the same for others. My room was very clean and comfortable!. I’m glad I picked the right hotel tonight. Mrs.Carolyn is excellent at her job and deserves a raise!

The front desk clerk was amazing. Somehow we ended up with two rooms reserved. She got rid of one of them without charging up. Then I had her check my reservation in two days and it wasn't there. She went ahead and reserved it for me. When we got to our room it was a king. We needed two queens. She moved us to another room with no problem. She's wonderful! The breakfast staff was super friendly at both my stays. I will definitely be back.

The staff at this Holiday-Inn Express were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the gentleman who ran it was welcoming. The woman operating the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The work out room was small but clean and well maintained. Our room was also very clean. We stayed at this hotel twice recently during our travels, and we had pleasant experiences both times.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower was great! If you have arthritis in hands, you understand the value of those pump bottles. Thank you. The breakfast had healthy chores alongside the biscuits and gravy and the attendee was the best part of breakfast. A true treasure at the ready for everyone. Well done Holiday Inn.

Exceptional Holiday Inn Express! The GM, Jim Williams, was very visible all hours during our stay. He greeted us with a hello or a "How is your stay" "Do you need anything" whenever he saw us. Gwen in the breakfast area is EXCEPTIONAL! She was excellent in anticipating guest needs, keeping the breakfast area replenished right up until closing time (and with a 5 minute reminder) and maintained a clean area to eat in. Both these individuals are a valued asset to Holiday Inn Expresses! Thanks to both! The location of the hotel is right off the main drag and easy to get to Roanoke and Salem. The rooms were clean and appealing!
