Staff is so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Tracy for outstanding customer service. Tracy made My family and I feel like family during our stay. Clean updated rooms. Fun family getaway. Clean pool & Hotub. Good Breakfast and Courteous Breakfast attendant. We will absolutely be staying there again. We love this place!

Five stars all the way! When I booked my room I let them know I wanted to see if I could be in a quieter area as I have a son with autism. They accommodated us without question. While staying there the staff were very attentive. One of our nephews was waiting in the lobby, to be picked up to go to bowling and the staff checked with us to make sure he was alright as he was picked up by someone we knew. Anytime we come back to the area, as we have moved from the area, we will always stay here. Close to everything and with attentive staff, cleanliness, and amenities you can't beat it! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

This is the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever experienced. Not only is it a clean and organized hotel with a great pool and solid breakfast, but each and every member of the staff was so kind and welcoming. We will make this a yearly stop as we head north for Thanksgiving! Thank you.

The room was average. The heated indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. It was quite noisy due to renovations. However, the staff member "Terri" was so kind and so helpful. She offered us a discount on our room which was nice but what I really appreciated was her sincerity and willingness to help.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn Express, I read the reviews prior to booking and it lives up to the high marks. Front desk, housekeeping and pool staff were very good. The room was spacious and clean. I did not love the pillows but we slept well. The pool was great. Couldn't use the large outdoor patio but it looked nice for warmer weather. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Nor did we try the free ice cream, popcorn or cookies offered in the evening but they looked great. I would definitely stay here again so that I can!
