We needed a place to stay while our home was unlivable from a small fire and our insurance worked on temporary housing, and this hotel ended up being a great choice. The property was impressively clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and on the newer side and the TV was actually a good size, which is rare for a hotel. Breakfast was served daily and they switched up the options, which we appreciated. They also provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, which was a nice touch. Daily housekeeping was available with fresh new towels each day, and the hotel is pet-friendly with doggie bags provided outside. This property could not have been more perfect for what we needed. We had a wedding and a rehearsal dinner to attend. This was the most convenient property for both venues. We probably reserved about 15 rooms. From a hassle free check-in with Vee at the front desk, to clean and very comfortable rooms, this was a very positive experience. Breakfast was easy and delicious and an added perk was coffee or tea anytime we wanted. All in all I would highly recommend this property!

They just don't care. I arrived Sunday at 3:15. I did not notice check in was 4:00 p.m. and he said there were no rooms available. I went to the restroom and there were people scrambling all over the first floor trying to clean rooms. I told them I would come back and was nice about it. I stayed away until 5:00 p.m. When I got in they put me facing the four lane road and next to a family and the kids were very loud and apparently everyone was getting ready to go to the pool. I asked if I could be moved to the back side of the hotel because the road noise on top of the people next door was too much. We stayed for two nights and had an excellent experience. The staff was so amazing and offered exceptional customer service. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfy. I found our room to be very cozy and comfortable. We didn't have any problems with noise and we loved everything about our time there. And you can't beat that free breakfast! I highly recommend!
