Holiday Inn Express & Suites Thornburg-S. Fredericksburg by IHG

The manager, Richard Bowles, and his employee, Michael, are helpful and considerate people who helped me when my car battery died. Michael tried to help me jumpstart my vehicle a few times until we tested the voltage and realized it was below 6 volts. They helped me communicate with the local NAPA auto parts who suggested a nearby repair shop-Elliot's, who was helpful and willing to replace my battery for me within an hour. I was given the opportunity to charge my devices in the hotel while waiting for a tow. For a female, traveling alone on a 14 hour trip, the people in this town and the people in this hotel were kind and helpful and I would stay here again most definitely.

Came in to get couple days off the road traveling... Building is clean. My only issue is noise level. I woke late so during the day the staff is pretty loud in the hallway doors banging the housekeeping. Also the walls might be thin I can hear the staff on the phone in the hallway on my floor which is inconvenient . No one's fault also dogs barking in the room next to me so alot of noise .

Outstanding customer service. Great breakfast. Beds and pillows comfortable, and room was quiet. I slept all night! Dove toiletries in a very nice Bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

I had doubts about this Holiday Inn location, as it was 14-15 minutes drive to work, but I wanted to try another Holiday Inn. I was dazed at this place. I really loved the location. It is quiet and serene. The drive didn't matter. The neatness from the entrance/front desk to the rooms was top-notch! I was surprised and grateful to hear my room was upgraded to a King suite. The room was very clean and sparkling. My room was cleaned daily and new towels/washcloths added. The breakfast was so good. There were varieties to choose from. The chef kept checking to see what was left and if she needed to add more breakfast items. Finally, I was impressed on the day of check out to see my receipt was slipped into my room from under the door. That saved me a lot of time at checkout as I did

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and spacious. The breakfast was better than what you get at most hotels. I would recommend this hotel to families.
