Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle South - Tukwila by IHG

The hotel is either new to the area or renovated. I appreciated the key cards are used to enter the hotel, restrooms, and all amenities downstairs including the elevators. The need for a 2nd key to operate the electricity in the room reminded me of Europe. The water didnt get more than luke warm, but was warm enough for a quick shower. Breakfast at 6 am was beneficial and worked with my doctor visit. Staff was friendly and courtesy.

This hotel was in a great location, close to food and shopping. Very safe area.|The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the toilet leaked.(Room 216) However when we left early in the morning there was no one at the front desk to inform when we dropped our key off.

hotel is just few miles from seattle tacoma airport and close to highways. it seems newly renovated/built. staff were amazing. breakfast was good,gym had latest equipments. we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and friendly the room is very comfy and spacious. Would recommend to friends or family. Our shuttle Driver to the Airport is Kenny he is very helpful and very professional.

There weren't any grab handles/bar by the toilet making standing and sitting painful. (Bad knee/hip)Had to use towels on shower floor. Too slippery. Management was completely unresponsive. We ended up being forced to buy our own adaptive equipment. Otherwise a very comfortable room, clean, quiet, well maintained and very comfortable beds. Although the beds were high off the ground making it painful/awkward for enter/exit.
