Holiday Inn Express & Suites Peekskill-Lower Hudson Valley by IHG

Our families stayed here for a wedding last weekend and had a wonderful experience. Rooms were very clean, and the space is very generous for an "express" hotel. The breakfast was hot, fast and plentiful. The staff honored my over night request for 5 add'l blankets, they were delivered to our suite within 5 minutes. This hotel is less than 1/2 a mile to McDonald's for the kids, which helped tremendously bc they didn't care for the salmon and steak the adults were eating. We were completely satisfied, and if we are ever in town again we will definitely stay here. 5/5 stars.🌟

Well maintained hotel. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom is a decent size also. Breakfast food was great. Need a car to get to the hotel from the train station.

We had used this place for our room block for our wedding because it was recomended by our venue. From the start it was an issue. We wanted to block 20 rooms they told us no even though we knew wed book that many definitely because our immediate family was huge and then we needed at least 10 for our bridal party. We were then told when the first 10 booked theyd add 5 more but after the first 10 booked they starated telli g people our block was full. When we called to fix it because without our block price it was almost 300 for the night we were told because it was passed the date of cutoff there was nothing they could do to fix it. So many guests got screwed with either paying an absured amount or finding somewhere else because they didnt do what they said they would. We were also told we

Shout out to the gentleman at the front desk (Michael) for being so helpful, thorough and accommodating. Five stars! I kept getting the run-around with reps on the phone and was getting frustrated until I requested to speak with the front desk at the hotel. Michael's customer service skills are impeccable and very professional. Thank you for your dedicated work ethic and compassion, Michael!

2nd time we have been here in 2 years, and it hasn't disappointed. The rooms are superb and are cleaned well and fully stocked with all you would expect from a hotel. Service from the front desk is fast and professional, breakfast is decent and location is perfect.
