Holiday Inn Express & Suites Newton Sparta by IHG

My wedding was in Sep 2025 in Andover NJ. I worked with Jessica Cammarato in the months leading up to that date in order to plan for friends and family and my husband and I to stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Newton. Jessica was awesome! From my first encounter with her over the phone she was friendly, professional, courteous, accommodating, and very forthcoming with information. Everyone that called to make a reservation was also treated with courtesy and enthusiasm. The rooms were sparkling clean, the beds very comfortable, and breakfast the next morning was very good with an assortment to choose from. Jessica helped me with referrals for reliable, fair-priced vendors for guest transportation to and from the wedding venue, printing of information cards for inclusion in welcome bags, a

Positive: The bed and mattress was so comfortable. Could of slept all day.The breakfast was a lot of choice, and it seemed like they had enough for all the guests in the hotel. Very good. Negative: Not really

We used the Holiday Inn in Newton for our wedding room block back in September, and Jessica was incredible to work with. She was accommodating, flexible, and always quick to respond to any questions or changes we had. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. We also paid extra to use the after-party room with cleanup included, which was very convenient and worth it. The team took care of everything, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing at the end of the night. They placed our welcome bags in our guests’ rooms before arrival, and there were signs at the entrance welcoming our wedding group, nice touches that our guests really appreciated. Everyone had clean, comfortable rooms, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. Overall, great experience

We stayed at this hotel to attend a family wedding November 8. Our room was spacious and clean and we were happy with it. When we got to the wedding, I realized my diamond bracelet was missing. My husband had it made for my birthday and I was upset. I mentioned it at the front desk and they said they would look for it. Kathy was so kind and understanding. The day after we left, she told me Jessica found it in the lobby and they boxed it up and sent it to my house, I truly appreciate the service they provided and am thrilled to have my bracelet back.

If the staff wasn’t so accommodating and kind, I’d give one or two stars. The room was clean, as mentioned the staff was incredible. HOWEVER, my bridesmaids decided last minute to call to get a room to make it easier to decorate the reception and get us ready in the morning for the church and was told that there were only 4 rooms left and they started at $400+ a night. I went online and booked for 1/4 of that for them less than a minute later.
