Holiday Inn Express & Suites Naples Downtown - 5th Avenue by IHG

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Naples Downtown and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was spacious and quiet, which helped me rest well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast — there were many fresh options to choose from each morning. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it a great place to stay when visiting Naples. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We stayed one night on our way home and were very pleased. The check in was efficient and friendly. Teh hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. Parking was free and the cost for the night was reasonable. While we did not use the pool, it was bigger and nicer looking than a standard HI Express pool. Certain parts of the hotels colors and decor suggested being older, but everything was clean and well maintained. The location is on the outskirts of downtown, but was a very quick and easy drive. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel was dated, but prices were high. Location was supposed to be downtown, but over 1 mile to downtown parking garage. Not walkable as expected. At checkin we were given a room with no heat. We were not informed of this, at after 10 pm arrival

Breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well organized. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting downtown

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were kind and professional, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever we needed it. The bartender stood out with great service and a very friendly attitude. We also enjoyed the food—it was delicious and served quickly. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful. We highly recommend staying here
