The Hotel is very well located. Staff is friendly and always ready to assist. We would like to highlight the exceptional help of Maria Fernanda Valdés, who resolved a major issue for us. We had accidentally left our passports in the room, and thanks to her prompt actions, we were able to recover them in time and avoid missing our flight. Thanks Maria! And to the other staff involved in solving the issue.

Here now. This hotel is only suitable for overnight. Staff rude and not helpful. Breakfast is disgusting and unsanitary, laundry room expensive, dryer needs two spins and the front desk has no coins to accommodate guest use. He told me to walk down the road to the gas station. Last night we needed a towel and he said thatI have to come down to get it. Rooms small...elevators are old. Best thing is the parking.

My room had noticeable cleanliness issues, including ants and unclean surfaces. I reported it to the front desk, and all they said was there were going to clean the room. However, the situation still affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards.

THIS HOTEL HAS ROOSTERS OUTSIDE. The only thing bad about this hotel is they have roosters outside that crows from 4 AM until just about all day so if you’re looking for a good night sleep this is not the hotel to stay, but if you don’t mind the roosters, it’s a great hotel. The staff are very polite. Ron the day manager is outstanding. He cares about the comfort of the guests. I give it five stars it’s not there fault that the rooster comes. I ask the front desk about that she said that they don’t know where they come from they just show up.
