Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marion by IHG

Pleasent and friendly staff. Hotel is clean throughout and updated with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Towels were good quality and replaced as we needed them. The indoor pool was clean and there's a nice outdoor patio area with tables and chairs that was well maintained. Our room refrigerator stopped working during the night and was replaced within an hour of informing the front desk. Several staff members checked in with us to make sure it had been taken care of. This was our third year staying here and we definitely plan on returning next year.

Room Neat and clean and tidy nothing fancy, but very functional :bed is very comfortable Breakfast opens at 5:30 AM, which is a huge plus for those who work early Location is next to Lowe’s hardware store, which is a little bit atypical but again no issues with that The staff is the best part they worked tirelessly all the time with a smile

Wow! I am impressed. I can honestly say this hotel exceeded my expectations. I travel weekly for work and I basically live in hotels. I am a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Titanium. This Holiday Inn Express in Marion, OH is actually nicer than most high end hotels I've stayed at. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and most importantly...the room smelled good!! The air conditioner worked well and there was NO musty odors at all!! The breakfast was wonderful too. The warm cinnamon rolls were the BEST!! I also enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The coffee makers were automated...DELICIOUS. Lastly, the staff were nice and welcoming. Oh..and they have choc chip cookies every day too! I definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay here every time we need a hotel in Marion. Clean hotel. Nice beds. Always consistent with those. Was a bit underwhelmed this time as there were a few things under par. Air in lobby and hallways wasn’t working so they had the front doors popped open with a fan blowing. Ice machine only working on third floor. No cinnamon rolls for breakfast and was pretty much out of breakfast by 8:30. Juice machine at breakfast wasn’t working. So it was a bit under par in some areas but the cleanliness of this place will always bring me back. I have always been happy with that, it’s so hard to find a trustworthy hotel in that area. So as long as it stays clean I will be back every time I’m in Marion.

Kelsey at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. I would return here.
