Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madisonville, an IHG Hotel

Literally the best maintained hotel! We live on the road and stay about 10-11 months out of the yr in hotels. This one is my favorite when it comes to service and cleanliness. They’ve always been very friendly and accommodating. My favorite thing is they actually replenish bath linens DAILY! Every other place we stay I have to call or walk down every day or two and ask for more. Not one time ever here! The only request I would make here is for a better outdoor space with a grill. All other amenities are good! $3 laundry, nice gym, average breakfast.

The hotel design is nice with higher room ceilings and also a larger fitness room than other HIE properties where I’ve stayed. Comfy bed and a great shower. ||Breakfast was good and plentiful with a bright seating area. ||I was there as part of a 50th high school reunion gathering and I had been responsible for establishing the contract for the group rate. Emily, the manager, was wonderful helping me plan a year in advance and also giving me updates along the way. ||Thanks for the help and a very, very good hotel experience!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to in my life. Staff was friendly and would appear out of seemingly nowhere if you came near the front desk. Free breakfast was a bonus, the pancake machine was a kid favorite for function but not so much for texture and flavor. Whenever I'm back in the area and need a place to stay this is at the top of my list. Keep up the good work.

Positive: Bed & pillows excellent. Breakfast was nice & hot. Fresh roasted coffee.24/7 Negative: Shower curtain was broken & had to mop after shower. Pool was working but cold.😵

My stay was amazing, the hotel was very clean, it was quiet. The parking is safe and free, I drove my scat pack charger out of town and felt secure with it being parked here. The housekeeping crew kept knocking on my door starting at 8:00 am even with the “hang tight” do not disturb sign on the door. They attempted to come in three times by opening the door however, I had the latch on it. That was bit annoying as one time I was naked and my checkout time wasn’t until 11:00. I will still give it 5 stars because of how clean and comfortable the hotel is.
