Diamond Elite member. Easy check-in online. Called about an hour before check-in to see if I could check in early and they agreed. Check-in process was super easy. Front desk staff was informative about WiFi password and breakfast times. Also, when you walk through the door there is a wonderful smell. Got to the 4th floor where my room was. The room was very disappointing. As you can imagine, I've stayed at many IHG hotels and this one tops for the worst housekeeping I've very experienced. Some customers may not let it bother them, but I do. It's uncalled for to have a dirty room. Especially with the sickness that goes around and all that is doing is causing room to spread from guest to guest. I'll post photos and let you be the judge. I had the best experience at your hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. The rooms were so nice and clean. Very modern and spacious. Great amenities. Wonderful breakfast bar. Good was so good and so many items to pick from. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope I can revisit the area someday and stay longer.

We had a pleasant stay rooms were clean besides the stains on the curtain and the mold on the shower there was no smell. the shining star of this place is Henrietta at the front desk her demeanor and kind hearted attitude to my small children set the mood for the day. I have never met someone as kind as her she went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for her alone

Room was clean and well made. The bathroom floor on was Nasty! Was not swept or mopped. There was body hair and other hairs on the floor, the fill hose on the toilet float was not connected so water was coming out the tank. The toilet is not house keeping issue. I reconnected it, should be something that gets checked on a regular basis. Other than those things it was a great stay.

Traveled for my son’s military graduation. We arrived at about 1:30am. We settled into the room, and found alive and dead bugs in bathroom shower, kitchen floor, corners and edges of the walls. The bed was made with dirty linens from previous guests. Hair and body matter on the sheets, bundles of hair in shower, body materials and hair on the floors, towels wrinkled, filthy shower curtain. I called the 3rd shift receptionist and explained all the problems. She asked me if the bed was made/spread. I said yes. She said this room was marked as clean by the staff, and said the cleaning staff won’t be in until 8am in the morning. I asked her if she expected me to sleep in a dirty bed? She said she could bring me linens that I could change, but she never brought the linens. My husband went down
