Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lancaster - Mount Joy, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is in a great location for activities at Spooky Nook. Sheryl was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was great and plentiful: eggs, sausage, asst bread and sweet rolls, fruit and cereal. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned very well. We were there during the beginning of winter storm Fern and staff helped in getting me to airport. Thank you to everyone.

Family Weekend was upon us and we wanted to stay close to Elizabethtown College. We knew the weekend would be busy with all coming into town to celebrate Homecoming/Alumni/Family Weekend. |We arrived at the hotel early as was greeted by 2 Awesome women. Sorry, I don’t remember their names at the moment but they assured me that they would allow us to check in before the normal check in of 4pm.|That was awesome for us as we had some many activities to go to and wanted to freshen up before hand. |The room was very clean and smelled very pleasant.|The bathroom was completely stocked with fresh towels, Dove Liquid soap, conditioner and body lotion.|They also had a morning spread of pancakes, pork & beef sausage, eggs w/cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh oatmeal w/ trimmings, fresh fruit, yogurt, mil

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and I was thoroughly impressed. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing a hotel, and this location exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the common areas were fresh and tidy. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work. Beyond that, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay with great customer service, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. I will definitely be returning!

Hotel seems brand new. Room was very clean and modern. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Bathroom lighting was gorgeous. TV was huge. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good too.

Had a good experience staying here for 3 nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was good enough and the location convenient. My only complaint is the walls are thin. You hear your neighbors doors slamming shut often. Also on our 2nd day house keeping gave us new towels and made the beds but didn’t empty the trash. So we returned to our room at the end of the day with all of our food garbage still in the room. They did take the tip we left though. That was frustrating but other than that the hotel was great. I’d stay again.
