Don't stay here, because: This is a place physically managed by Karina, and "owned" in name only by Holiday Inn. Ownership is listed as Advance Management & Investment LLC. Meet the Team on their site. Enough said. Place is old and in need of a major remodel or rebuild among other things. In October, 2025, (yes, our second stay) our room had a broken desk chair. After conversation with Karina, she assured me a "plan is in place" for the replacement of furniture. She made a note of my identified unsafe piece of furniture. Upon our arrival in late December, we requested the same room and yes, the same broken and dangerous chair was at the desk. Obviously Karina placated me and did absolutely nothing else. The broken chair is now downstairs at the common accessible computer, in the entry

When we first got in, we had been driving for hours in strong winds and rain & just wanted to shower & sleep—but there was no hot water. That was a big bummer but the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was the best I’ve seen anywhere and the hot water was working in the morning. Overall, we’d stay there again!

This place is filthy! Trash has accumulated in the grass all along the entire perimeter of the building.||Bath tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, bottom is black and drain has orange mold/mildew, if someone were to take a bath they would assuredly become sick. floor hasn't been mopped, there is some strange orange goo dripping from the bathroom vent.||The doors to the pool are literally black from clearly having never been cleaned. I can only imagine the filth that can not be seen, the likely condition of the kitchen and laundry makes me cringe. How has local heath and safety inspectors not paid this place a visit? ||Toilet would not stop running, leaking flush valve that has been for quite some time, this toilet is probably why lake mead is so low.||This room is NOT properly

My family rotates between staying here and the Springhill. They are side by side with many things to do walking distance. The service has never let us down and rooms are always meeting our high standards. The indoor pool is always a plus for us especially when kids are tagging along. Breakfast is delicious and we love saying hello to the lady who handles the kitchen. This property made us fall in love with Kingman.
