Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson by IHG

We stopped in for one night on a roadtrip and were super happy we chose to stay here. The staff were friendly, our room (Standard King) was not only super spacious but also very clean. Despite being so close to the road, we didn’t hear a thing! Breakfast was good. The only downside was the tv didn’t work that well (some channels worked a bit but then stopped, Netflix etc didn’t work) but on a one night stay, that wasn’t the end of the world. We requested a late checkout and they were happy to accommodate us. We’d stay here again!

I travel a good amount and this was one of my favorite hotels that I've stayed at. The hotel was very nice and clean, everything smelled fresh and new, none of that musty hotel smell or sticky air feeling. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the staff was extremely nice, especially annik (I have no idea how to spell her name, sorry!) breakfast options were great, food was yummy and the hotel was a great price. I would absolutely stay here again... And again and again.

Positive: Location- it was tight off of I-75. It was clean. The front desk staff were friendly, kind , and helpful Negative: They did not have the room I reserved. I reserved a Queen Suite. We had 5 adults in our party and I needed the sleeper sofa. We were given a standard queen room. One person had to sleep on the floor. Breakfast not stocked well - no coffee, eggs, cin rolls

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the hotel is conveniently located. The rooms had a Keurig, fridge and microwave The breakfast was nice, good variety of items. Coffee available in the lobby all the time
