Candlewood - an IHG Hotel

Perfect place to stop for the night while we were traveling through Georgia. This was our 3rd stop in 3 nights and the best place we stayed. Beds were great, rooms had decent amount of space, bathrooms were big and they had a full kitchen. No complementary breakfast, but that wasn't something we needed. Also, very good gas/fast food rest area right across the street if anything needed in addition to Zaxby's right next door.

Positive: Clean Negative: very loud barking dog in room next door - barked at 4, 5 and 6 a.m. $50 fee at checkin for incidentals - no paper receipt at checkout. Parking a little sparse.

Great overnight stop on our road trip! We were traveling home and needed a comfortable place to rest for the night, and Candlewood Suites Jackson turned out to be perfect. The price was excellent for what you get—super reasonable and a great value. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. Our room was spotless and clean, with all the amenities we needed (love the full kitchen for extended stays, even though we were just overnight). Bonus for Stranger Things fans: downtown Jackson—where many scenes were filmed (standing in for Hawkins)—is only about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Customer service was excellent. This was our 1st time ever. We were traveling and just happened to pull off the road looking for a place to stay. We had great customer service the minute we walked it. Our room was great and not what we had expected. A kitchen with all the amenities, a great walk-in shower, big bathroom. Plenty of room to store your stuff for the night. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Had a nice recliner chair. I definitely will try Candlewood Suites again. I hope they’re all the same. We were told that this was a new location that had been opened for about a year.

Exceptional Service and Comfort During a Difficult Stay (3 Nights) I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. My 3-night stay was outstanding, marked by a rare level of customer service and comfort that truly goes above and beyond, especially when my service dog and I unexpectedly became unwell. The room itself was immaculate, quiet, and immediately felt like a home away from home. I loved the full, well-stocked kitchen and the spacious, clean environment. The comfortable bed ensured great rest, and I appreciated the premium toiletries (Dove products) provided.
