Overall, we had a fantastic stay! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Anytime we called the front desk with additional needs, they were quick, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist.||Breakfast was definitely a highlight, thanks to Marieta and Veronica. They brought great energy to the dining room, kept everything stocked and spotless, and somehow managed to clear tables before you even realized you were done. Their attention to detail and guest engagement really took the continental breakfast to the next level.||Big shout-out to the valet team as well! Our car always appeared quickly (like magic), and they kept a friendly, upbeat attitude every single time.||Everyone was attentive to our needs and consistently kind and welcoming

Because our return flight is early in the morning, we decided to stay nearby PVG the day before departure. With many luggages and bags, we were so exhausted when we arrived the hotel. Surprisedly, the hotel concierge, Felix Wang was very helpful and provided an impressive service which made our trip with a great ending.

Very nice Holiday Inn. Room is typical, but spacious and clean as a whistle. Breakfast room is one of the best we've been to, and we've been to a lot lol. The staff at front desk and in breakfast room very very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. Just be careful at night, hotel area is safe but some pasts of Hollywood Blvd very sketchy. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable for my family of six. The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring an automatic pancake maker that my boys enjoyed. There was also a variety of other breakfast items. The staff in the dining area, particularly Marieta and Elsie, were incredibly helpful and kind. However, there were a few drawbacks. The website had mentioned a “warmed pool,” but my kids were disappointed to find it freezing cold. When we inquired at the front desk, they informed us that it was out of order. Additionally, we needed their self-service laundry service because it rained during our stay, and we needed to use the dryer.
