Holiday Inn Express & Suites Guymon by IHG

Overall, the stay was great! The staff were very friendly. Shoutout to Lulu for offering to watch my son while I was eating breakfast, and to Landon for his friendliness at the front desk. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hot breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. There was plenty of parking, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re returning to Guymon, OK.

Positive: It was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Best sleep that I ever got in a hotel. Negative: Shower valve was loose and the shower head sprayed in all directions.

Smells great once you walk in. Front desk ladies were awesome. The rooms are clean and nice and beds were comfy, the breakfast was good and over all. I definitely would go back felt safe and was able to actually rest. Easy place to get to and a gas station right next door with hot food so you can actually eat something and rest and if you want a sit down place ask the ladies at front desk they know what they are talking about.

Love the modern updates including the refillable toiletry dispensers - also happy to find a shower cap provided - that was a nice touch that other stays didn't include. Breakfast ended at 9:30 (on Saturday) - a bit earlier than other stays, but we adjusted accordingly. Yogurt was greek (pro+), but expired same day as served (still fine, but cutting it close). Bread was individually wrapped in plastic, as well as bagels in individual baggies - (Off-putting and counter-intuitive to the plastic saved from the refillable toiletries). Juice machine was out of service. Only place to refill water bottles was from a fountain (vs bottle filler). All in all, would stay here again and recommend to others!

My only complaint is that that artificial fragrance hits you hard when you enter the building (and hey, it's better then an unpleasant smell). Otherwise, all was great-- place was very clean, staff was knowledgeable & friendly, & even our dogs had a great stay!
