Holiday Inn Express & Suites Granbury by IHG

The rooms are nice and spacious. The lobby is nice, and fresh coffee is always available. We were welcomed with lovely chocolate chip cookies!! Say hello to Sarah when you come! She was so nice!

The people could not have been kinder or provided better service. The lady taking care of the breakfast bar needs a raise! Food was good, limited, but good continental breakfast. Always clean and full. Low rating because the pool and spa not available but still advertised online. I chose this location because of the pool and spa. It is not in downtown Granbury. If you want a clean, reasonably priced room, with breakfast and near everything, this is a good choice.

We checked in and got into our room and found a huge roach crawling in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting! We immediately checked out and asked for a complete refund. That is completely unacceptable for a Holiday Inn or any hotel to have roaches or any bugs! I definitely will not be staying at another Holiday Inn! We had to pack our bags up and leave at 11 pm and find another hotel!

Room was clean and breakfast was good but thats only good about it. Outside our room was Wings etc bar and grill that played outdoor live music till 10pm but it was loud even even in our room. Luckly we usually go to bed late but if you want early peace and quiet this is NOT the place to stay there are other hotels around this place id go there.

We enjoyed talking to Karin at the front desk. She was always welcoming & was genuine about helping us with anything that we might need. The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were a delicious plus! Our room & king bed was comfy for the 2 of us. The blow dryer must've been new because the control was difficult to slide, but worked perfectly & produced the right amount of heat. The restaurant next door had a live band that we could hear from our room. We enjoyed the music & they ended early so we were able to sleep comfortably. Our 3rd floor was also quiet. Wi-fi speed was as expected. The location is conveniently located near shopping centers & restaurants (must try Restaurant Anise for dinner; only a couple blocks away). We'll definitely stay here again.
