De Cordova Bend Park

It was very enjoyable. First time going remote with my camper. Didn’t like the stickers in the grass but what can one do. Wish there were sewer, water, and electricity hookups but still my family and I had a great Thanksgiving out there.

Beautiful park sits on the lake. Lots of shade. Picnic tables, bathrooms, dumpsters provided. Quiet. Police patrol frequently. You can camp up to 10 days free. It does have a boat ramp n fishing docks.

This is a very nice area with a pier, a swimming beach, and an area to leave the boat in the water. The restrooms are decent, and there are several covered picnic tables and grills. Overnight camping is allowed on a first come first served basis. My family really enjoys this area.

This is a beautiful park. Restrooms are clean and functional. It has a very nice fishing pier and also has plenty of space to do some bank fishing. I've been coming to this park for over 20 years, I highly recommend it as a day trip or perhaps a weekend getaway with plenty of spots for primitive camping. Granbury is a beautiful city with very friendly people, enjoy your visit!

Nice quiet park for fishing. Cast a line and relax from the stresses of life.
