Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth Southwest (I-20)

Brooklyn was AMAZING ! Truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a smile that made us feel instantly welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and answered every question with kindness and patience. Exceptional service like this is hard to find—thank you for setting the tone for such a wonderful stay!

I stayed here twice. The first time with my child. The 2nd time on a business trip. The first trip made me consider the 2nd trip due to location. Customer Service and hospitality unfortunately has declined. Great for a quick trip. Next to an IHOP if you like that type of breakfast food. I won't be coming back to this location.

I was a bit concerned because when we first walked in there was a strong smell of paint or something. I guess expected with a remodel and I couldn’t smell it on our floor so we were good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a very nice well keeped indoor pool. The girl that checked us in was very nice especially when she found out we were in town for our son’s funeral. The girl that checked us out was at the front desk facing us but was so busy with paper work didn’t even notice us standing there until we said something. She didn’t acknowledge anyone that passed by. The breakfast was standard items and the area was stocked and very clean.

Our highlight is always the pool. Spent a lot of time swimming with the kids. Hotel and rooms are very cleans. Beds and pillows were comfortable too. We look forward to coming back this Spring. We pass through here on the way to visit family and friends. We stay twice a year.

We were offered a different room, but didn't feel like packing everything back up. The TV wouldn't come on and the air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off everytime it came on. We should have swapped rooms and it would likely have been a better experience. The gym is nice and big. The kids enjoyed the pool.
