Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek by IHG

Business trip. My room was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe. The staff and guests were pleasant. The breakfast was standard but what I really enjoyed was the fresh ground coffee. I made sure to get a cup all 4 days of my stay!

I went for a couple days to surprise my daughter-in-law for her birthday. I've been in many Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was one of the best. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, but it didn't run too often because it wasn't too hot yet. I told the desk clerk when I checked out and he was notifying maintenance. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when we travel that way.

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. It was a good home base for the activities we came to town for. However the main reason I personally chose this property over a handful of others was due to it advertising an indoor pool which I promised my family swim time. Their excitement was shattered when we went down to the pool and it was too cold to use. It may be indoors but they do not heat it, and the temperature in the room actually felt colder than outside.

Called and made reservations for 2 rooms at the same time. Did some shopping in the area and found better rate. I called back and cancled those 2 rooms and they told me I only cancled 1 room not both charged my card for that. Very rude customer service memebers at the hotel when I disputed about the rooms being canceled. Funny how the general manager Trey only goes thru and likes the 5 star rating not try to defend bad customer service. He's the main part of the problem.

This place was great. I ended up staying for 15 days and never had a problem. Breakfast could be better but what do you expect… wish they gave discounts for longer visits.
