Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fayetteville, an IHG Hotel

Our room was clean, modern, and super comfortable. Breakfast was good - not the absolute best free hotel breakfast I've seen, but it was good enough to keep my family satisfied during our multi-day stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, though it was occasionally difficult to tell if there was anyone on duty. We never had to wait long, though. This was our second stay at this property. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

Katrina at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Checked in done in a timely manner. I needed some aluminum foil after hours and she made that happen. Love how she takes pride in decorating the lobby. Thanks for your bug smile exuding kindness. We stayed in rm 319. You’re simply the best

This was a very pleasant stay. Room was very clean and the 2 ladies at the desk were so polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express

The staff at this hotel are phenomenal! They go above and beyond what is expected. My requests are always met (top floor & away from elevator). The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed and chairs are very nice. I love the blackout curtains. We always have a great night of sleep here.

The hotel was good, the location is a little inconvenient because you generally have to make a U-turn to enter the parking lot. the food was enjoyable and the beds were comfortable. the desk space was useful. the sofabed was comfy enough but nothing special
