Holiday Inn Express & Suites Farmville by IHG

This place is amazing perfect location close to Longwood University. We came for a tour of the college and was amazed at the location of the hotel and ll the great places to eat close to the hotel as well. The room is huge, great space for a family of 4, the bathroom is huge too, great space and the shower is great. Love the Dove products in the bathroom too. If we come back, this is definitely the place we will stay at again. Plus the complimentary breakfast is on point, crispy bacon, egs, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, bagels and coffe and juice 😋

This location is very nice and clean from the time you walk in to the time you arrive in your room, air quality is perfect, I would recommend this location. The bed sleeps well and they have breakfast. I had to come to this location after having an allergy attack at the Weyanoke hotel from their dusty rooms. Holiday Inn and Suites was a better choice me and my family.

A 6 minute ride to get food & drinks or Walmart. Ashley one of the front desk staff was so nice, friendly & helpful. Hopefully the franchise gives out bonus to exceptional staff. The breakfast was so good for a small branch. The only part that hurt was the coffee machines going out. Nothing beats fresh brewed.

My main reason for rating a hotel as "excellent" is the level of cleanliness, and in every aspect, this hotel was clean, tidy, and modern. While I might have a couple of quibbles about the room, which I'll explain in a minute, I still would give the room an excellent rating. Here are my quibbles: I really like moving air, even in cold weather, and I couldn't figure out how to make the fan blow without having either heat or AC on, but that's just my personal preference and not a malfunction of the room. Also, the stopper in the bathroom sink was missing, so I had to be extra careful to keep small items away from the sink. I like Dove soap products, so I was more or less happy with the bathroom amenities although I would still prefer bar soap for bathing. Other than those three comments, I

The ladies up front are truly amazing, sweet and helpful!! Theres a gentleman doing the floors by the pool today 1/25/2026 and he is SO sweet all around beautiful experience!!
