Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dublin by IHG

This hotel was clean, bright, modern and comfortable. It's situated just off I-16. |The young man at the desk on New Years Eve went out of his way for us when we had trouble with our room key. The lock mechanism failed to operate properly and he not only made several trips down the hall trying to help but also found us another room, loaded our luggage on a cart, took it to the new room and unloaded it as well. |The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the price was reasonable.

If you’re coming to Dublin, Georgia, look no further than the Holiday Inn—and that’s entirely because of Nequila. Nequila is, without question, the best Front Desk Representative I’ve ever encountered. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care make you feel like you’re coming home, not checking into a hotel. Nequila and the incredible staff around her transform a simple stay into something memorable, comforting, and truly special. One visit is all it takes to realize why this is the only place you’ll want to stay.

This hotel provided everything that was needed. The hotel itself was clean. The employees were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The hot breakfast was AMAZING. The front desk staff at check in were sooooo nice . However, the mishap with personal hairs in my room bathroom is the only reason I didn't give my stay a 10 all the way across. I would definitely stay there again as I have family in the area and I'm looking to transfer with my job.

Decent room for the money. Only real complaint was the shower. The shower curtain was not as wide as the tub. Only covered about half of the tub. Shower curtain rod was about to fall off and the tub itself was very slick. I understand tubs are slick but the bottom of the tub was very curved so with the combination it made it kinda dangerous when you're wet. Otherwise not a bad facility. Breakfast wasn't horrible but can't expect 5 star cuisine for a free Continental breakfast

The location offers convenient access to numerous dining establishments. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.
