Holiday Inn Express & Suites Camden by IHG

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary bottle of water and a few local tips for my visit. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a super comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the little touches like the blackout curtains, strong Wi-Fi, and a Keurig coffee maker for a quick morning boost. The bathroom was also very clean with good water pressure and plenty of fluffy towels. One of the highlights was the breakfast – fresh, hot, and with a great variety of options from eggs and sausage to yogurt, fruit, and pastries. The dining area was bright and well-kept, and

Id like to start by saying the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The rooms are nice but good luck sleeping if you are anywhere near an exit or entrance. You can hear everyone coming in or out, their conversations and their adult fun. If you need quality rest, this is not the place to be. The bathroom door was falling off of the hinges and the shower curtain is too short, which caused water to end up on the floor. They don't stock many towels in the bathroom either. Breakfast was good, but not great. More options would have been nice. Especially on the meats. Only sausage links was kind of disappointing.

This was the nicest, cleanest, best set up, updated, and filled with friendly and attentive staff hotel that I have stayed in, in a long time. Great job!!

Had a wonderful recent stay. Hotel is very clean and it is evident that the staff takes pride in detail and providing top notch customer service. ||||I was greeted a number of times and asked if they could be of service several times during my stay. The king size room was extremely spacious and was stocked with several flavors of coffee service with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner pumps of high quality in the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable with 6 down pillows. ||||Breakfast was good with 3 different omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereals, cinnamon rolls, a self serve pancake machine, grits and oatmeal, juices and fruits. Nice fitness facility and a great place to stay. Pool is outdoors so it is not available during the winter months. Definitely look f

There is not a lot of hotel in Camden, Arkansas area but this has to be the best property to stay. Roseanna was nice and pleasant to speak with. They do have a text messaging system which I like. The room was clean, cold, and in perfect order. Water pressure in the shower was much better than expected. I know that’s a weird thing to say, but it is what it is. Lighting in the room is nice because I like indirect lighting and the light comes from the headboard straight up the wall. I was also lucky in that I was able to park outside my room so I could hear my truck alarm if someone set it off. The frig worked perfectly. My only issue was to me, the bed was a little hard in comparison to my bed at home which is also a firm mattress. But it wasn’t a deal breaker.
