Holiday Inn Express & Suites Byram by IHG

The stay was ok. The breakfast was really good. My only issues is I had to ask for extra towels 3 times during my stay and there was a bug 🐞 on my pillow. I took a picture. I believe it was a lady bug. Even though it wasn’t anything serious, I still do not want any type of bugs in my room. I didn’t make a big fuss about the bug because I discovered it the last night of my stay as I was preparing for bed and I was leaving at 6:00am the next morning. As far as the towels are concerned, there was only 1 small wash cloth and my mother was with me. I called down the next morning and was told someone in housekeeping would bring some extra towels up. No one brought anything up. When I came back that afternoon, I called the front desk to let them know no one brought up the extra towels and someon

This is our second time staying here and I am sure we will be back. The staff is wonderful. The beds are comfortable even with me just having surgery 3 weeks ago. We called for our towels to be changed out. About 2 hours later because leaving for a wedding that we were there for the front desk called to back check to see is laundry had brought us some clean towels. I thought that was nice. Most people don’t check back.

We continue our journey at the Holiday Inn Express in Byram Mississippi I failed to mention Ms Kenitia in my previous review; she is the star of customer service at this location. Ms. Jackie with her helpful vibe is also a star. Mandy is helpful. The two breakfast staff are always professional , patient and pleasant. Mr. Curtis and Ms Murial cleaned my room and it was spotless. I also salute the leadership of the GM Ms. Ebony who actually checks and inspects rooms when she works to insure that the property is clean and safe.

Second stay in Byram, but first at this hotel- the better choice. Staff members were all very friendly. The communal areas and our room were clean and smelled nice. Dove products in the bathroom. The parking lot was well lit. We felt comfortable and safe. Breakfast was great- all the things! Hot items included biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, bacon and sausage, cinnamon rolls, and a pancake machine.|Recommend.

The front desk people are nice. Sometimes hard to find them. Be vary aware that the house keepers will and do go into your rooms without knocking as early as 8am. Keep your locks on and the door hanger to keep them out!
