Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Byram/Jackson South, MS

Came for a funeral and picked this hotel for location and indoor pool. The elevator was broken, the pool was closed and not functioning as we were told the heater was not working. The TV was not working as you could barely see a picture. Outlet covers were broken. The beds are uncomfortable and old. Breakfast was mid. I will definitely will never stay here again. I think we should be due a partial refund due to the listed amenities not being provided fully. I paid fully i should receive full amenities at the time of stay.

Did not have the room available I reserved. Elevator didn’t work. Ice makers didn’t work. Had to request bedding for the sofa, had to request the correct number of towels for room, no plate in the microwave so couldn’t use it, refrigerator leaked, non working bathroom ventilation fan, and we killed a roach running across the wall. The second floor had a bad smell the whole 3 days we were there. The power went out for 2 hours our first night. Breakfast was always low or out if food,

Custom service, price,cleanliness and tasty breakfast! The location is very nice there's a lot of amenities, restaurants, shopping and lots of other attractions! I was in town for a family funeral and everything was convenient for us.

We called ahead and were told the pool was open. We walked in and saw a "Pool closed" sign. We went to take the elevator up to our room (traveling with an 82 year old and 2 toddlers) - it was not working. We trek up to the queen suite we reserved with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa, and it was a king with sleeper sofa. I went back downstairs and was given the correct room. The desk clerk was helpful and apologetic. We get into our correct room to find empty snack wrappers and personal effects in the room and a lamp that had no plug, only bare wires. Very disappointing.

We stayed on the first floor. The beds are very uncomfortable my husband and I woke up in pain. Our room smelled and looked clean. Check in went smoothly. The swimming pool was green, I had planned on getting in until I looked in the window. The refrigerator did not work. We decided not to bother the front desk about it after checking in, we waited until we checked out to let the front desk know. She was very apologetic. Our stay was okay.
