Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston South - Randolph by IHG

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. The room was clean, decently furnished and fairly well laid out. Breakfast wasn't restaurant quality, but was good, with a lot of options. We didn't have a car and only stayed one night, so I don't have any other feedback to provide.

5 stars hands down! After a 21 hour drive from Georgia with 5 kids all I wanted to do was relax. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, and the room was clean! We didn’t need to ask for extra cover for the pull out couch bc they were easy to find and clean. Restaurants and Walmart are nearby and the free breakfast was an extra bonus with a variety of items to choose from. When I needed to extend my stay, the manager on duty Nancy was very gracious and accommodating! I would definitely recommend it here and will be staying again if I’m in the area.

Second time choosing to stay here while planning to visit Boston. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful! Our room was clean and pool area was well kept as well. If we come back to the area again, we will definitely be staying here! Don't sleep too late, definitely stay to enjoy their breakfast too! Lots to choose from and throughout the entire breakfast time, they refresh the food so there is plenty for everyone.

Nice clean comfortable hotel stay for my one night in town. Breakfast area was sparkling clean and food was great to start my day with a veggie omelet with toast with juice and coffee. The breakfast options alone are such a great value. The room with king bed was modern with usb ports all over and good lighting. Shower was spacious and hot plus the mirror in the bathroom had nice lighting. I could hear the shower of another room in the morning when in the bathroom and my hotel door reverberated slightly when another hotel guest would close their door in same hallway which was unnerving until I got used to it. I learned the pool was not available at my check-in while the front desk clerk was handing me a pamphlet advertising the pool being open. That was disappointing. I'd call ahead to ma

Was very disappointed with the service during our stay. Myself and my family stayed at the hotel, during are stay it was very busy, there was a large group of kids that also were staying there. During the breakfast time meal , it was very busy, they only had one lady working in the breakfast area. It was hard for her to keep up with how many people were there, must have been over 50 people. They kept running out of food , the coffee machines wasn’t working or the pancake machine. I asked her why there was no one else helping her, but she just said I don’t know. I asked to speak to the manager but the front desk said there was no manager on duty or supervisor available. The bathroom were also dirty, only one person working in the kitchen area is unacceptable. You pay good money to stay the
