Comfort Inn Randolph - Boston

I stay her a few times and the rooms were clean. Bathroom stack with towels they were a little stiff maybe more fabric softener could be used. The service at the front desk was okay. I was greeted with professionalism the first couple of stays. Gill was nice and another young lady. They gave direction to my room and told about the free breakfast in the am. I'll take a rain check on that. Only had one bad experience checking in. My paid reservation was cancelled by them and I am currently trying to get my money back. We are all human and make mistakes. Keep you posted on the resolution.

A basic hotel well located close to Boston. There's plenty of parking, and a gas station mini mart right next door. I really appreciated the micro-wave and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is a little tight, but there's nothing the management can do about that.||Breakfast is good, but is only until 9AM. I'd like it to be until 9:30AM to let weary travelers have a little bit of leeway in the morning.

Everyone was very friendly and respectful. The staff at the front desk were all very nice and polite. The accomodations were adequate. The lady working in the breakfast area worked very hard each morning to keep the area clean and well stocked. She was very professional and did a great job (there were three bus loads of people there a couple of the days that we were there). I will be returning next year.

While the staff were great and the room itself was nice and the bed comfortable, the hotel common areas are a little worn and dated. It feels frankly a little seedy and too many areas smelled strongly of bleach. Also, while this isn't really the fault of the hotel, the area surrounding it feels unsafe. When entering or leaving the hotel and the store/gas station next door, my guest and I were approached by 3 different people asking for money. In a large somewhat dark parking lot that can be very concerning.

This facility in on point and prompt when you have an issue. Clean very secure at certain times of the night which makes me feel very comfortable. Nice and respectful staff GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast is clean organized and taste good. Everytime I come to this place I feel safe and comfortable.
