Holiday Inn Express & Suites Benson by IHG

We arrived very late after a long drive fir a family emergency and they had everything ready so fast and easy|the rooms were so clean and comfortable we had no problem falling asleep so quiet . The staff were so nice and accommodating |even the breakfast was so good I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls so delicious.

The stay was wonderful- beautiful hotel with spacious room, extra items like shaving cream and razor if you need, coffee 24/7, chocolates and free chips and sweet tea when you arrive! The breakfast was top notch from omelets, oatmeal, pancakes, cereals, muffins, sausage, and assorted breads! I will definitely stay again

So I work in the Raleigh Durham area for business over the past four years. I have stayed in over 10 Holiday Inns during that time. Easily an IHG Diamond member. I have stayed at this hotel at least 50 times over the past year easily So my review means something here. I only stay at this hotel because it’s the best of any Holiday Inn. The place is basically brand new, The staff is very warm and welcoming, It doesn’t smell like weed like most other Holiday Inns, And there’s a lot of good food options within walking distance of the hotel, On top of that, this staff at this hotel are just amazing people, The hospitality is unbelievable, They always have snacks out during the day for free, Sometimes they have soup on cold days out for everybody for free. ** PLEASE LIKE & SHARE OUR REVIEWS ** This has to be one of the NICEST Holiday Inns we have ever been too. They now have a rewards system that is well worth signing up for. We were greeted over the Christmas holidays by Bumble in the lobby! The rooms were insanely clean, lovely breakfast, huge tv, charging ports ALL over the hotel & in rooms... they have a lovely outdoor electric firepit & grill. Their breakfast has healthy, fresh items and their comvenience items near the front desk are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this tranquil spot. We stayed in room 433 with a view of the forest behind us. In walking distance there is a pizza shop & bbq restaurant. A bit further is a gas station/convenience store.

This place was clean, new, and very well kept! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We booked last minute, and they even offered us soup when we arrived late one evening — such a nice touch. Breakfast was good each morning, and the beds were really comfortable. I loved that they had both firm and soft pillows, clearly labeled on the pillowcases for preference. The rooms were quiet, and we couldn’t hear much outside noise at all. They also had plenty of parking, even for large vehicles, buses, and trailers. The amenities were great, and I really appreciated that they use Dove soap, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner — not the stuff that dries out your skin and hair! My son loved swimming in the pool.
