If i could give a zero stars i would!! Well first at check in, the i guess manager (she was crossed eyed) was really rude to me and my daughter. Even after being on the road for over 10 hours. When I reserved the room it was supposed to be to be 2 queen beds and smoking. When i got there, we stayed in room 139 and there was a half used roll of toliet paper, only 1 wash cloth, 2 towels, a bath mat and a half of (used bottle) of shampoo. The bed sheets and towels had a horrible smell to them. Then as i tried to lay down to sleep a roach was crawling on me. So i didnt get no sleep at all because my daughter is highly allergic to them. So i had to stay up and watch her all night. So i guess u can say i was on roach duty. On the website it shows a nice breakfast set up and said they had breakf

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spotless. The environment was quiet, except for the brief thunderstorm. Everything my son and I needed for a quick breakfast. Breakfast was a Kirkland snack bar.

I know people say you get what you paid for but this “hotel” was absolutely diabolically the most disgusting, horrific place I’ve ever stayed in. The lady was very rude to check us in. The smell was awful. On top of everything there was roaches and nats everywhere, towels and sheets stained. The room smelled of chlorine. There was no breakfast, toilet paper, our toilet crawled with bugs, our sink leaked. The pictures they are advertising is a whole different hotel. Our door didn’t lock we had to use the lock thing on the wall for the door not the actual door lock. It was really loud, sketchy people around the premises, it’s also connected to a very small LOUD “Mexican” restaurant. Our remote didn’t work, our lamp didn’t turn on, there was a giant crack under our door so bugs crawled in I h

Start…Lobby has a sign, non smoking lobby! Walk into a cloud of cigarette smoke as the hostess and her friend is puffing away. Room, as clean as it could be, stank of mold and mildew, had to air out and the. Turn on AC and spray room! Bathroom, a roll of spare TP on top of the toilet with stains on it. Bed, clean sheets and bedding, went to check for bed bugs…bed wasn’t fully made, did make it easier to search. Checked out at 7:00 AM, no coffee or breakfast to be seen.

Positive: Very quiet, close to places to eat. It was a straightforward to my son's home which is why I was in North Carolina Negative: Water never got cold which i needed to fill up water bottles. Bed not comfortable as ended up with a backache after a few nights. Very poor breakfast selection. Would stay again but not for the length that I did.
