IHG Candlewood Suites staff not helpful at all, not honest, no honor, liars, no ethics, no professional manners, no solutions, code of business conduct is at best a disgrace. They canceled my reservation one hour the same day I should check in, they don’t care that my travel arrangement is ruined and they ask me with all audacity to start shopping for a new rooms, with the same night search and reserve rate, I have to pay for their fault. This is the cancellation note I received by email, not even a phone call, because they don’t have enough courage to face their stupidity. Your reservation has been cancelled. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I truly appreciated the exceptional service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Positive: The staff was.great. Negative: Might be a good idea to let the guests know. Day before when you're going to pull breakfast by 8:30am .I get it, someone wanted out asap. But had we known we would have gone at 7:30am instead of 8:30am. The sign said until 9:30am.

The staff is the best. Eric at the front desk and Irma doing the breakfast are both exceptional. The 7 night stay was most pleasant.

Very disappointed, hate i woke up late but still had 10 min to get to breakfast and they had everything put up. Rooms are very old, has a smell. furniture broke and a stain on the comforter,also was put on upside down on the bed. Towels are very old and wore out as well. Found out this is not a corporate owned hotel. Its individual.
