Best Place to Stay (especially in a Winter Storm)!! The staff at this location were compassionate, professional, and the very best example of hospitality and kindness! My car ran off the road during Winter Storm Gianna. I was relocating from New Orleans, LA to Raleigh, NC. I didn’t even know where I was because of a detour given by my GPS during a 100-car pile-up on I85N. The Sheriff Deputies were taking persons to this location due to the emergency. When I walked in, I was cold, confused, and lucky to be alive. At the front desk, LaShonda & Crysta were comforting and on task to make sure I felt safe and that everything would be ok. They made quick decisions, working as a great team as a couple came in right behind me, their car had run off the road and hit a pole. They were also in a simi

staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Super super clean. Beds comfortable- best Ive had in a hotel in quite sometime. Even , variety of pillows were extra comfy. Felt completely safe at all times. Near all the shopping you could possibly need.

Rooms are fair. Main door was worn out and had a difficult time locking. Rooms seemed clean but worn. Hotel in need of renovations. Staff was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was good at first. Coffee machines began to have problems ran out of staples like creamer and cinnamon rolls.

Upon arrival I was greeted with such a polite attitude. My room was ready even though I booked last minute. I then had a wonderful encounter with the third shift staff and loved her tone as it was vibrant and pleasant. The room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. At Checkout I can encounter with a different staff named Clarissa, what a way to end the stay. She welcomed me back and had such soft tone with a smile. Kudos to management of this property for the excellence in overall service , I’ll be back before you know it! My vehicle—and two others—were broken into during my stay. The manager never acknowledged the inconvenience or offered any assistance. The front desk attendant had to be persuaded to call the police, and I was told they don’t have access to view cameras at night. No one pulled footage, and the attendant said he wouldn’t go outside for his own safety. I’m now out $500 for a window, on top of the stress and lost time. Extremely disappointing service and zero sense of urgency or accountability. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location.
