Booked online, arrived to a quick easy check in. We arrived 3 hours early and there was no issue checking, I am sure its subject to availability. Room was spacious clean, newer hotel. King bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet, there is a pool but had not time to use it. Free internet, slept amazing. A very nice complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Only one small negative was a small yellow very noticeable stain on the comforter other than that the room was very clean

We stay here regularly. The staff are exceptional. The rooms and common areas are sparkling clean, spacious, bright and welcoming. The housekeeping staff are amazing. And nothing is too much trouble for them. The management and front desk staff are friendly, fun and make each visit like coming home. Amy and Pratt in the breakfast room are always helpful and welcoming.

We had a guest speaker at our charity event in mid August that was coming from out of town . I approached HIEX to see if they can accomodate my guest. The reception more than exceptional. I was treated to a full tour of the hotel and given a discounted /corporate rate (as this was a charity & community event in Sarnia with CMHA.) My guest and her 2 daughters were treated royally and every thing went better than perfect. Thank you Timi for your exceptional hospitality. The feedback I got from my guest was that Timi and all the staff were very friendly and always available and eager to help . This is a safe, clean and comfortable place to have a stay. Breakfast was also great . Thank you all at HEIX pt Edward for a great experience.

All-around great hotel. Good price, excellent service, clean, free breakfast was ok but excellent coffee (coffee & tea in lobby 24/7). The staff were all great: Tina at check-in (efficient and friendly), Timi for helping with my event room setup was efficient and accommodating, Mary at breakfast was organized, friendly and nice with our kids. Lots of space in rooms. The location of the doors in connecting rooms was odd (they bumped into each other and made it difficult to manoeuvre around). Overall, great stay for our extended family (6 rooms booked) and great hotel for our celebration of life, because it was clean, comfortable and the staff made it awesome. My only suggestion is to have more picnic tables outdoors for gathering spots.
