Excellent customer service and very clean rooms with great amenities. This location is right besides Juno Beach which was a bonus. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The wifi wasn't working in the room, but when I went to the front desk and tried it connected right away. I figured it needed to connect to the main router in the front desk area and right after it worked perfectly throughout the property. The swimming pool is huge and was great. Very comfy beds and love that they have dove products in the washroom. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

The front desk staff during the day went above and beyond in their customer service. I am a Gold Elite IHG member and the great experience I had at this property would definitely bring me back. The only thing negative was that my sliding door on the second floor in room 214 did not lock. Easy fix! |I would recommend staying in these rooms facing the pool. They are renovated and clean with a walk-in shower. Great view of the pool as well. |The beach is a very short walk away and not crowded at all. There are so many restaurants with in the area to choose from. Short drive! |Thank you to the staff at this property you were trained very well. Keep up the great service!

Fantastic hotel and incredible location! First impression was very positive-warm, friendly hotel staff and hotel was well maintained. Our room was clean and I felt at ease knowing we were in good hands. We could not hear our neighbors on either side-very quiet. The daily breakfast was satisfying and offered variety each day. We stayed in late Feb/early March and the outdoor pool seemed to be heated and made for a warm swim. The ocean is a block away or a 2 minute walk and I felt completely safe walking to see the sunrise. Technically it’s ocean view as you can see the ocean from the top floor east rooms/stairs of building C. Great beach access with a shower to wash your feet. Two stars based only because the proximity to the beach was great. The hotel is about one block from a wonderful stretch of water, and it is within walking distance of the Loggerhead Turtle Rescue, which is absolutely worth visiting. Beyond location, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, I was told there was no bottle-filling station and purchased two waters for $8, only to later discover one located approximately 15 feet from the desk. We arrived late and found the building doors unlocked. They remained unlocked throughout our stay, which raised safety concerns. The WiFi in our room did not work. Was very pleased with my last minute stay…this is by far the nicest Holiday Inn i’ve ever stayed at. The entire property was extremely well kept up and clean. The staff certainly took pride in their work. Hotel is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants albeit sometimes on busy roads. But having spent all day in the car, it was nice to park it and be able to walk to restaurants and locally owned shops. The beach access closest to the hotel was closed for renovation, but there was another one just north of that location, easy to walk to. The hotel also offered bikes which was a nice touch. Only wish I had more time to enjoy them. Keep in mind building three is under renovation, but I think those are the newest rooms. I was in the top floor And had a nice view of the ocean and
