Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach

Location is close to our worksite. Other than that I would avoid this Hampton, the Holiday Inn across the street is probably a better option. Breakfast supposedly is from 6:30-9:30am, but it’s really whenever they get around to it. No waffles, which is normally standard at Hampton. No serving utensils were set out, so people just used little plastic forks to dig out cold eggs, etc. The hot breakfast items were not hot at all, barely heated really. Fruit stand was pretty much empty. Employees just don’t care. The carpet in the room is disgusting. It’s very sticky and leaves your feet black. Must wear shoes the entire time. For the nightly rate, which is high for a Hampton, it is definitely NOT worth it. Things sure went downhill in the past year. I’ve stayed here twice before but will not b

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Juno Beach for three nights while in the area for appointments in West Palm Beach. Check-in was smooth, rooms were clean, parking was easy, and breakfast was simple but reliable. The pool was cold, but overall there were no real issues. A comfortable, no-hassle stay.

Positive: Good Breakfast, pet friendly, great staff. Negative: Better locks on windows - ours has a joining balcony - very unsafe for females especially or anyone traveling alone - window was not shut nor locked well room 266.

What a scam! Booked a room 1 - 1/2 months out and needed to make an adjustment to the days I will be staying. Worth pointing out I clearly called out that I was happy to pay for any cost difference if there was a difference in the price of the room... Because I booked with a 3rd party there is a "No Cancel or Modification Policy!" However, I was offered to accommodate my request to rebook for a fee of one day's stay... $250! For complete clarity.. This is the Hampton's Policy to charge a fee.. Not the site I booked the hotel with. Never again will I book at the Hampton Inn! Given their policy, I'm sure the accommodation will be great! We had a good stay here - the rooms have been updated and were very nice. The only knock against is they are kind of dark and the beds (per Hampton Inn usual) were too firm for me. Breakfast is the standard fare and the front desk agents were helpful. Nice new washers and dryers, and laundry was very affordable.
